What comes in the box?
Each DinoScope set includes one projector and two toy blasters, one green and one teal. Please follow the instructions included with your set.
Is it a real 3D hologram?
No. DinoScope projects dinosaurs onto a clear wall or flat surface. It is not a floating 3D hologram. It works best in a dim room on a plain wall.
Will my DinoScope look exactly like the videos and photos?
Our photos, videos and ads are for illustration and entertainment. Your set may not look or perform exactly as shown, and results depend on your room lighting, the wall surface and how you set it up.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship with tracking and usually arrive in 10 to 14 business days. These are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier and holidays. Holiday delivery dates are not guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept change of mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email dino.scope.official@outlook.com with your order number and photos and we will make it right. If your order never arrives, you get a full refund. Our Refund Policy has the full details.
What do shipping protection and the warranty cover?
Shipping protection covers your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, and we send a replacement at no cost. The 30 Day Warranty covers anything that stops working within 30 days of delivery, and we send a replacement.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a gift note in the cart. Prices never appear on the packing slip.
Is it safe for kids?
Never aim the blasters at faces or eyes, use the set on a stable surface and keep adult supervision nearby. Follow the instructions included with your set.
